Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. One account is for one learner. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

Questions to your teacher

Monthly limitEach account has a set number of new questions each month.
24-hour windowAfter your teacher’s first answer, you can reply for 24 hours. Then the question closes.
New topic, new questionClosed questions can’t be reopened by students. Ask a new one instead.

Questions should be about your English learning. Teachers answer as soon as they can.

Our content

Lessons, videos, quizzes and all other course material belong to Lingaloop and its teachers. They’re for your personal learning only. Please don’t download, copy, record, share or resell them.

Fair use

  • Be respectful to teachers and staff.
  • Don’t upload anything illegal, offensive, or that isn’t yours to share.
  • Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data.
