What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address.
- Learning data: your placement test result, lesson progress and quiz answers.
- Questions to your teacher: the messages you write and any images you attach. We remove location and camera details from photos when you upload them.
- Waitlist: if you join the waitlist, your email address and language.
- Technical data: basic device and browser information and security logs, so the service works and stays safe.
How we use it
To give you your lessons, track your progress, let your teacher answer your questions, send you account and lesson emails (like sign-in links and reply notices), keep the service secure, and tell waitlist members when we launch. We don’t use your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, progress, questions and images. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires.
Children
Our kids’ courses are meant to be used together with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent’s knowledge, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can leave the waitlist at any time. Depending on where you live, local data protection laws may give you further rights.
