Questions for your teacher
Ask about your lessons in the app. After the first answer you can reply for 24 hours; then the question closes and you can ask a new one. Each account has a monthly number of questions.
Videos won’t play
Check your connection, then close and reopen the lesson. Using an up-to-date browser helps. Still stuck? Email us with your device and browser name.
Placement test
You take it once, and your answers are saved as you go. If you think your level is wrong, email us and we can reset it.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app’s settings. This removes your progress, questions and images for good. See our privacy policy.
